MOLD INSTRUCTIONS
DROP OFF SAMPLE for testing
You can purchase mold sampling Bio-Tape cartridges to collect your own sample.
Follow these step-by-step instructions, before dropping off or sending to the lab.
MOLD SAMPLing instructions
STEP 1: OPEN CASE
Open cartridge case by lifting it up with TOP label facing up and carefully removing Biotape.
STEP 2: LABel SAMPLE
Properly label your sample from the area in which it was obtained.
emample: Kitchen, Basement etc.
STEP 3: peel off tape
Carefully remove the protective plastic from biotape.
STEP 5: DROP OFF
Bring sample bottles to Rose City Laboratories.

STEP 4: grab sample
Flip Biotape upside down and use exposed area from removing plastic to press down firmly with thumb to obtain the sample.
STEP 6: FILL OUT COC
Fill out Chain of Custody when you drop off your sample and make payment.
